Our Mission
With our access to multiple markets, we help you stay up-to-date on renewals and continuously monitor policies so information is accurate and rates are competitive. In other words, service doesn’t end after we help you develop a policy. Our mission is to provide you with guidance, protection and peace through the right insurance.
Community Involvement
We are passionate about giving back to our local community, as well as our global community. Currently, we support Lodi’s One-Eighty Teen Center and Living Water International. Partner with us in supporting these organizations as they make a difference in our community and the world.
It is our goal to bring awareness to Lodi’s 180 Teen Center. Our local ministry is dedicated to helping at-risk youth and families make 180 degree change toward thriving physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For additional information, please visit 180’s website where you can donate directly.

Patrick Schumacher
PRESIDENT
Pat was born in Silicon Valley and has lived in Lodi since 2009. He is married to Janae and they have 6 children. Pat has been in the industry since 2007 and founded Schumacher Insurance Solutions in August 2011. Pat’s key to success is his faith in Jesus and the support of his amazing wife. Pat loves the opportunity that insurance provides him to meet people from all walks of life. When Pat isn’t working he enjoys camping, boating, and hiking with his family.
Cristina Antolin
SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER
Cristina was born and raised in Lodi and have 4 children, and one grandchild. She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and been with Schumacher Insurance Solutions since 2015. Cristina’s key to success is treating her clients like they are her own family. When Cristina is not working, she enjoys barbecuing, camping, and movie nights with her family.
Nico Brusa
PRODUCER
Nico was born and raised in Lodi. He is married to Halie and is new to the insurance industry. Nico’s key to success is his faith in Jesus, and support from his loving wife and family. Nico loves the opportunities that insurance provides to meet new people and build lasting relationships with those he meets. When Nico is not working, he enjoys smoking cigars with the boys, golfing, exercising the 2nd amendment, hiking, reading, going on trips, spending time with his family, and playing with his dog.

Carmel Raguindin
PRODUCER
Carmel is originally from South San Francisco and is currently residing in Stockton. She is married to Eddie and they have 3 children. Carmel has been in the insurance industry since 2012. Carmel has helped families and businesses find coverages that fit their needs. She takes the time to understand her client’s insurance goals and provides the coverage they feel confident in. When Carmel is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, being by the water, traveling and exploring new places.
Martha Magana
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Martha has lived in the Woodbridge/Lodi area most of her life. She is married and part of a beautiful, blended family of five children, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and 3 grand pups. Martha has been in the Insurance Industry since 1995; she takes pleasure in helping others and loves problem solving. When Martha is not working, her time with her family means the world to her. She spends many days at the ballpark watching her grandson play baseball.
Christina Moreno

Christina was born and raised in Lodi, where she currently resides with her husband, Armando, and their four sons. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2005, specializing in Commercial and Agricultural insurance. Christina is deeply committed to providing exceptional client services, firmly believing that building strong relationships and treating clients like family is the foundation of lasting success. When she’s not working, Christina enjoys attending sporting events with her family, discovering live music, or planning her next family travel adventure.
Gloria Houston
Account Manager
Gloria received her Insurance License in 2003. She takes pride in providing the most personal service possible, especially in a world that is rapidly becoming more computerized every day. She is a people person and loves providing the best coverage at the lowest premiums possible.
