Through insurancelodi.com, we collect personal information across the following interactions:

Quote & Contact Forms: First and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, requested agent, message comments, and requested insurance line(s) (personal, business, or specialty).
Client Portal & Instant Bonds: Information provided via our Client Login or Instant Bond Quote tool is collected directly by Glovebox and Propeller under their respective privacy policies.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, approximate location, browser/OS type, and interaction data (pages viewed, links clicked).

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare insurance quotes, service policies, communicate with clients and prospective clients, and support website analytics and marketing.

Data Sharing

Glovebox: Operates our secure client portal for policy access and documents.
Propeller: Operates our instant bond quoting platform.
Insurance Carriers & Underwriters: Receives information to generate quotes, bind coverage, and service policies on your behalf.
Service Providers: Hosting and form processing vendors operating on our behalf.
Analytics & Advertising: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and retargeting (which may constitute “sharing” for behavioral advertising under California law).

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

As a licensed insurance agency, nonpublic personal financial information is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act. We collect this data from applications, carriers, underwriters, and consumer reporting agencies solely to provide quotes and service policies. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law or authorized by you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect client data.
